Sierra Summit is a great place for a one day ski trip. It has enough variety to keep you from getting bored even though it's not a very large mountain. It has fun challenging runs and some nice easy runs. With an annual snowfall of 25 feet it offers some incredible powder. This is a glorious place to ski with incredible views of the High Sierra Mountains. Skiing here is always an enjoyable experience.
