Located on the Eastern Slope of the Sierra, Mammoth Mountain has long been a destination resort. The resort caters to skiers, snowboarders and winter travelers of all kinds. Mammoth has one of the longest skiing seasons in North America, and with its 3500 acres and 3100' of vertical there is something for everyone. Its terrain parks are highly revered by extreme snowboarding and skiing enthusiasts, and is one of the major attractions.
